BRANDING Mentoring – Brand building of EU Enterprises through Mentoring
Project “BRANDING Mentoring – Brand building of EU Enterprises through Mentoring” aims to support, mentor and guide new entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals, executives of SMEs, start-ups, scale-ups and members of Chambers of Commerce in regards to cultivating and enhancing their skills and competences related to branding techniques and strategies, marketing of their products and services, and overall extroversion awareness that will lead to successful business results and practices. Technology enhanced intrapreneurship; changing minds for career and personal development on the net – [intraskills.ict]
Project »Technology enhanced intrapreneurship; changing minds for career and personal development on the net – [intraskills.ict]« supports individuals in the acquisition and development of transversal and soft skills, entrepreneurial competences and digital skills, in order to promote employability, social and educational development and professional growth. First, we will provide a tool for assessing needs based on previous experience. Secondly, e-learning materials will be prepared. With the tools and activities of information and communication technologies (ICT) that will be created within the project, we will facilitate the acquisition of competencies for participants according to their needs and internal motives.

Improving Skills in Vocational Education and Training
This project addresses the development of high quality labour-market relevant skills by tackling mismatches between the industry’s needs and education in engineering sector. The general objective of this project is to increase the employability of young people and contribute to the development of a highly skilled, qualified and mobile workforce from which companies should also benefit and to support joint developments in VET in Europe and strengthen overall its quality, relevance and attractiveness. Within the Project, a joint qualification for engineering technician will be developed that is defined through a detailed qualification profile and complemented by joint curriculum for engineering technician and assessment standards. The new joint qualification will be developed through implementation of three guidelines, all which will be based on the conclusions of the qualification framework analysis that will define key elements of the joint qualification. The ‘Guidelines for the Research of Employers and Market Needs’ will outline the method for defining learning outcomes by researching employers and market needs. Izdelek brez naslova(16)The ’Guidelines for the Development of Joint Qualification’ will describe key stages of the development of the joint qualification, quality assurance and structure of qualification. The ’Guidelines for the Development of Joint Curriculum’ will define elements of the curriculum, with focus on incorporating compulsory hours of practical training at the workplace and mobility opportunities for students.

INCLUSIVE TOURISM is launched with the main objective of increasing the competences of Izdelek brez naslova(16)Persons with Disabilities and Professionals in the Tourism Sector for improving their employability within Inclusive and Accessible Tourism Sector.

Systematic and integral training and tools towards green business management excellence and best practice are among priorities of EU strategy for sustainable growth and jobs which puts innovation and green growth at the heart of its blueprint for competitiveness. The training needs analysis will ensure insight into needed knowledge, skills and attitudes of the target group and the most suitable ways of providing training to them. The challenges of greening their business are particularly acute for entrepreneurs in micro and small firms, employees and long-term unemployed who strive to upgrade their social and civic competencies. They tend to have ersmusgreater problems and also face barriers in accessing affordable training to up-skill and take advantage of finding a job in the green economy.

The idea of the project is to combine the business game with the ICT Tools available for the development of Simulated training enterprises (or Practice firms), and to develop a specific business game for the start-up phase, which can considerably reinforce the usability of the training enterprise (practice firm) simulator itself for both students and teachers.

The objectives of the project are:

  • build a strategic partnership for the exchange of good practices in the field of education for entrepreneurial skills in secondary schools, with a specific focus on the experiences of simulation, businesses simulated training, practice firms, etc …;
  • combine the methodology of the business game with the ICT tools available for the development of Simulated Training Enterprises (IFSCONFAO simulator), and developing a business game specifically for the start-up phase, which can significantly enhances the usability of the training pathway related to the simulated training enterprise approach, both for students and for teachers;
  • encourage a greater involvement of the business and labour market, involving institutions, associations, etc … in the development of guidelines for enterprise/companies able to attract, motivate and facilitate the involvement of companies in the simulation process, clarifying and specifying the crucial role of tutoring/mentoring in the business-training of IFSCONFAO;
    transfer, adapt and implement templates, tools, technologies and methods of simulation and business game for the development of entrepreneurial skills in the upper secondary education, in the partners countries;
  • promote the aspects of the internationalization of business and enterersmusprises, promoting the development of transactions in the virtual market between the companies created in the context of the transnational partnership.

bugsBU.G.S. (BUilding Green Skills in the construction sector) is a project co-financed by the European PROGRESS Programme. It is related to green skills gaps (bugs) which can impact negatively on professional growth, job opportunities and firms competitiveness.

In order to face this risk, project activities and outcomes will beu commissione focused on two main issues:

  • the identification of specific green skills need in the construction sector as foreseen by European, national and regional strategies and regulations
  • the development of tools and methods useful to remove existing (or potential existing) green skills bottlenecks in the field.

IsItGreenThe main porpuse of the Integrated Systems for Information Technologies more GREEN (IS IT GREEN) project is to increase the ability of European SMEs to improve their energy end-use efficiency so that they can contribute to the European (Kyoto) targets for CO2 emission reduction, save money on their energy bills and be more competitive in the world economy.
The aims of the IS IT GREEN project will be achieved by ensuring that the existing innovative ENERGY-WISE e-learning materials are enhanced by recent best practice experience and are made more widely available to, and adapted to meet the needs of, the greatest number of people across Europe – providing them with the confidence and skills needed to “go it alone”.

These aims will be achieved by developing:

  • an e-learning suiteof training materials – which will assist IT experts and IT manager in small businesses in acquiring the skills and knowledge necessary to carry out preliminary energy audits.
  • an interactive serious game – which will be based on the previous ENERGY WISE project approach – but with a focus on the SMEs IT/IS infrastructures and including Web 2.0 instruments to enable more end-user participation, building of communities, developing on-line conversations etc.
  • a best practices, guidance and case studiessection – which will provide additional information to assist SMEs with assess their energy usageLifeLong

The IS IT GREEN e-learning system will aslo made be accessible using mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets (m-learning).

VET-experts from Spain, Slovenia, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Italy, Finland and Germany assure the quality of VET mobility and contribute to its validation and recognition regarding the ECVET guidelines. At the same time a network shall be built between committed partnLifeLongers engaged in European vocational education and training. Everybody profits from this: the trainees themselves, their companies and the teachers mostly organizing their internship abroad.
